¿Cómo añado iconos a la plantilla de gavetas de navegación de Android Studio?

Actualmente estoy trabajando en una aplicación donde se necesitan iconos junto al texto de cada cajón. Estoy apuntando para el diseño de los iconos para que parezca lo siguiente:

http://www.codeofaninja.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/android-navigation-drawer-example-1.png

He buscado en Internet y no puedo encontrar ningún ejemplo que trabaje directamente con la plantilla de Android Studio Navigation Drawer. Aquí está mi código.

MainActivity.java:

import android.app.Activity; import android.support.v7.app.ActionBarActivity; import android.support.v7.app.ActionBar; import android.support.v4.app.Fragment; import android.support.v4.app.FragmentManager; import android.content.Context; import android.os.Build; import android.os.Bundle; import android.view.Gravity; import android.view.LayoutInflater; import android.view.Menu; import android.view.MenuItem; import android.view.View; import android.view.ViewGroup; import android.support.v4.widget.DrawerLayout; import android.widget.ArrayAdapter; import android.widget.TextView; public class MainActivity extends ActionBarActivity implements NavigationDrawerFragment.NavigationDrawerCallbacks { /** * Fragment managing the behaviors, interactions and presentation of the navigation drawer. */ private NavigationDrawerFragment mNavigationDrawerFragment; /** * Used to store the last screen title. ¿Cómo puedo volver a trabajar este código para poder agregar iconos específicos al lado de cada elemento de cajón?

¡¡Gracias!!

Cambiar esto:

public void onSectionAttached(int number) { switch (number) { case 1: mTitle = getString(R.string.title_section1); break; case 2: mTitle = getString(R.string.title_section2); break; case 3: mTitle = getString(R.string.title_section3); break; } }

Con este:

public void onSectionAttached(int number) { String[] stringArray = getResources().getStringArray(R.array.section_titles); if (number >= 1) { mTitle = stringArray[number - 1]; } }

Cambiar esto:

mDrawerListView.setAdapter(new ArrayAdapter<String>( getActionBar().getThemedContext(), android.R.layout.simple_list_item_activated_1, android.R.id.text1, new String[]{ getString(R.string.title_section1), getString(R.string.title_section2), getString(R.string.title_section3), }));

Con este:

final TypedArray typedArray = getResources().obtainTypedArray(R.array.sections_icons); mDrawerListView.setAdapter(new ArrayAdapter<String>( getActionBar().getThemedContext(), android.R.layout.simple_list_item_activated_1, android.R.id.text1, getResources().getStringArray(R.array.sections) ) { @Override public View getView(int position, View convertView, ViewGroup parent) { View v = super.getView(position, convertView, parent); int resourceId = typedArray.getResourceId(position, 0); Drawable drawable = getResources().getDrawable(resourceId); ((TextView) v).setCompoundDrawablesWithIntrinsicBounds(drawable, null, null, null); return v; } });

Y agrega esto en strings.xml

<string-array name="sections">
Section X1

Section X2

Section X3
</string-array> <string-array name="section_titles">
Section T1

Section T2

Section T3
</string-array> <string-array name="sections_icons">
@android:drawable/ic_delete

@android:drawable/ic_dialog_alert

@android:drawable/ic_btn_speak_now
</string-array>
